If i was president of the class...

If i was president of the class I would change the swimming time and I would change the work. I would   change the uniform so it is more comfy. If they changed the work I would change how long the work is so I will like to do the work. I would probably go swimming everyday if you change the swimming time. I would change the swimming time because I like swimming but most of the time it is only 20 minutes. I would change the work because it is to long and I don't like doing heaps of work. I would change it so we can go on the playground when we have brain break and also change brain breaks to first hour of the middle block. I would change it because we are not aloud on the middle school playground sadly ;C. I would also change when we get holidays because I like staying home and not at school all the time, like we get our own days to stay home.

Reading term 1 Week 6 2021

My Rocket

What it would be like as a jedi

 I would like to be a jedi because I will have a lightsaber to protect me,                                                           I will also have force so I can lift up stuff and bring it to me. I will also be able to stop people from attacking me. I would love to be in the movie because I can fly in the space ships and I can block stuff with my lightsaber.

Aotearoa

 One day I went to sleep and when I woke up there was a time machine, I was playing with it and I got teleported to Aotearoa! I see a brown log with people on it, there is also land with trees. I can feel wood and I hear the water splashing and the  swishing of trees swaying in the wind. I hear the wind blowing in my ear. I see brown sticks that the people are pulling  then taking  out of the water then putting them back in and pulling them out again. Those sticks must be oars. There are white cotton balls of clouds in the sky. The triangular shapes in the background could be mountains. I felt excited because I can say to the people what happened in the past. I also felt worried that they wouldn't believe me and laugh at me because they don't think there is such a thing as a time machine. I would not like to have lived during those times because their houses were made out of sticks, mud and leaves. I would also not like to live there because they had leaves, sticks and sheep fur as clothes. They ate raw fish and raw meat which I do not like. 

Then I got teleported back home. When I woke up I realised it was a dream. I went to the library the next day. I read historical books and found that my dream was based on facts about the past.
